Am to give him a few smart words on using RCA in the NEPA planning process, fitting solution to problem and the mirky but charted waters in between. Your relaxed style and the personal history you identify are easy on the brain, comfortable in similarities. Self, a nuclear actor who sang on the streets in San Francisco until Bechtel picked me up as planner of the one, the only LMFBR FFTF, no pending full D&D contrary to DOE directive (long story). I was doing a bit of research on RCA to aid me in writing my Production Coordinator Skills Manual. A previous commentor, Don Sayre, coined the phrase perfectly when he stated..."Stubbed my intellect on your website..." So many books read over the past few weeks and the whole process seems so much simpler in your words than anywhere else. Actually, with a name like Bill Wilson, and the text here sounding remotely like the 5th Chapter of the Alcoholics Anonymous Big Book, I sit here scratching my head and wondering. Bad habit of mine is complicating things further than they need be.
