| I am new to root-cause-analysis. I work as psychologist in a school and one of the administrators came to me with a desire to use root cause analysis as a tool to discover why our reading state (ISAT) scores are falling. My queston is, when constructing the diagram do you use catagories that can be changed? or do you include change and non-changeable catagories? |
